Stories From The Egg Shed[]

Heggy the hen

Heggy the Hen in her Egg Shed

Heggy the Hen resides in her Egg Shed that resembles a giant blue speckled egg in Wooded Hollow. On the XBLA version, if the player uses the Stop 'n' Swop feature to get the 6 Mystery Eggs, they can take them to Heggy and she will hatch the eggs for Banjo and Kazooie, which unlock other features such as gamer pictures, exclusive themes, the homing eggs cheat, the skinny bird bash move, and the multiplayer Jinjo character. On the Nintendo 64 version, eggs that are found are taken to Heggy's Egg Shed to sit in the nests. After the duo learns about Bill Drill, the Split-Up Pads, and the Hatch ability, they can go to Heggy's, break the large panel with a crack in it with Bill Drill, use the split up pads to get Kazooie alone, and use Kazooie to hatch the eggs. The eggs are found in B-K Cartridges throughout the game that wobble around and are just asking to be smashed to pieces. In the XBLA version, the eggs are found in Banjo-Kazooie and are transferred over to Banjo-Tooie by the use of the Stop 'n' Swop feature.

Trivia[]

  • When Heggy hatches the multiplayer Jinjo character, she says, "What Jinjo?" which shows that she probably doesn't get out very much.
